Emergency Messaging with the Web Portal Administration
Our Web Portal Messaging
System is the answer for efficiently communicating with your campus,
district and/or your volunteer Call to Duty. Currently deployed as an emergency
notification system using both SMS technology (text messaging) and/or IVR
(automated calling), we provide an alerting system via the
Internet for notifications to your list of contact's cell phone by category
(unlimited) or to individuals.
The Wentzville Fire Protection District currently uses our Web Portal Messaging
System (below).
We also provide hosted or self-hosted automated IVR (phone
messages) where you decide how many calls you need to go out and the length of
time it needs to take. These choices will determine your required
equipment, software and number of phone lines, therefore your cost. Texas
Women's College choose to be self-hosted, so they are self-contained and ready
for any emergency.

The Wentzville Fire Protection District has contracted Cassara
Systems to provide the District with Text Messaging Communications via our
website,
www.wentzvillefire.org.
This communication is accessible by all members. With
this program we are able to set up groups as well as individuals. Paging
can be sent to multiple people/groups, after it has been sent, a list of
members receiving the page appears.
This system has been set up to comply with all new
rules and regulations regarding texts being sent to cell phones and is
generated through the particular providers, ie: American Messaging, Sprint,
Nextel etc.
The Wentzville Fire Protection District is pleased with

our needs and providing such a service.

We offer two options for obtaining the Web Portal Messaging System.
Method One: You will be set up
with access to a web portal with three level entry for safety - user name,
password and an image. Your contract includes setup for individual and group
levels for your system and is modifiable using your web-based Administration
Interface.
Together, we will design the notification levels for your Web Portal
Messaging System and will include instruction for managing the system.
Method Two: This option
includes a web site, which
includes the usage of our WeBLinks
Framework and hosting by Cassara Systems, Inc. Our Web Portals Messaging
System is one of our great choices when you design your Content Management web
site, which you will still access with a username/password combination. Choose the modules for your custom web site and
have one of our web designers work with you to develop your site pages.
